Objectives
AIAS´s main objective is to represent, support and promote the common interests of its members.
It protects and strives to improve the business and employers' environment both domestically and within European and International institutions.

AIAS for this purpose:
- Takes advantage from the experience of its members
- Prepares valuable inputs for stakeholders based on its experts daily practises
- Advocates opinions and position papers through its representatives
- Creates strong and functional alliances synergistically with coherent partners
- Helps to implement changes within the relevant institutions
Involvement
AIAS is a relevant partner of European and National state institutions as well as of professional organisations, employers´ organisations, trade unions and companies. It regularly monitors Slovak and European legislation relating to the interest of its ´members and which may have effect on their activities. It is actively involved in the preparation and creation process of legislation regulating our members’ business activities and proactively proposes solutions to problematic areas.
AIAS provides and mediates various kinds of additional services, advice and offers specific information to its members necessary for their business and decision-making. For special members, AIAS executes specific analysis and reports, all in accordance with the agreed rules and statutes.
